Calligraphy practice inspired by 神雕侠侣 and 倚天屠龙记

It has been a while since I last practised calligraphy. Anyway, decided to practise a bit because I had some time recently. And had a bit of inspiration from 神雕侠侣 and 倚天屠龙记 too.

First, from 倚天屠龙记:

武林至尊屠龙刀

倚天不出谁争锋

 

This is actually a shortening of the phrase in the story:

武林至尊，宝刀屠龙，号令天下，莫敢不从，一天不出，谁于争锋。

 

Then, from 神雕侠侣:

独臂君子神雕伴

白衣淑女侠侣行

 

Besides the name of the story, 神雕侠侣, it also includes 君子淑女 because in the story, Yang Guo and Xiaolongnü used the pair of swords know as 君子淑女剑.

 

Anyway, all it proves is that I am really out of practice... so I hope to practise more regularly from now on.
