It all started with the launch of "Though Seasons Change - Violet Evergarden Piano Memories" CD album. When I bought my copy on Amazon Japan, it came with what is called a "mega jacket", basically, a 24cm by 24cm card printed with the illustration on the CD case. I wanted to frame it up, and eventually found a "handkerchief frame" on Amazon Japan for up to 25cm by 25cm that kind of fit.
Another common size for such "free gifts" is the "mini-shikishi" size, which is 122mm by 137mm. As luck has it, a frame for this can be found on Amazon Japan too.
